"Thank you to Vanessa Vasquez Gandolfo at Alejandra Bustamante’s State Farm office! She was awesome helping us set up insurance for our new SUV. She made every single change I asked for and took the time to explain everything clearly, without ever being pushy about extra coverage.
She also helped us out big time with our life insurance. Vanessa literally redid the whole process after we were already approved just so we could fix the child term rider we needed. Her follow-up is great, and she’s just really nice and professional to talk to. Highly recommend asking for her!"

"We had State Farm four years ago, then moved from Madison to LaCrosse. We like to use local business so we switched. Now after two years we are back to doing business with the Madison office again. It feels like doing business with a family member in that they really do care about your needs and making sure you have what you need at a competitive price. We have found them to be responsive, caring, kind, professional, and easy to work with. Vanessa has been our main contact to work with and she is fantastic!
